Junior High

We are very excited to be hosting a new musical written and directed by Dover-Foxcroft resident and student Aurora Youngblood. Junior High is a musical that explores the challenges of adolescence, friendship, and emotional growth. The plot follows students navigating social dynamics, exclusion, and romantic feelings during their first year of junior high.
This will be an entirely student-driven production, with all actors and production team (other than Center Theatre staff) being comprised of students between the ages of 8 and 18. Kids in that age range are encouraged to audition on Saturday, June 20th or Sunday June 21st at the Center Theatre between 4pm and 6pm. No advance preparation is required for the auditions. Please arrive any time between 4pm and 6pm. You will be given a short piece to read for the Director and will be asked to sing a short a cappella piece of your choosing.
Below are the performance dates, which are subject to change.
